Peter Mullin is Chairman of MullinTBG, the nation’s largest independent executive benefits services and solutions provider. Prior to the formation of MullinTBG in 2006, Peter served as Chairman of Mullin Consulting, Inc., a leading nonqualified benefits firm he founded in Los Angeles in 1969. He is also co-founder and Chairman of the Board of M Financial Holding Company, whose M Financial Group network of independent firms serves the financial and life insurance needs of corporations, executives and affluent individuals. MullinTBG is the largest member of M Financial Group.

Peter has consulted on executive compensation and benefit issues for more than 30 years for public and privately held firms across a variety of industries, including many Fortune 500 companies. He has written numerous articles on executive compensation and benefit planning.

Peter serves on the Avery Dennison Corporation and Mrs. Fields Original Cookies Boards of Directors; CMS Companies Board of Advisors; Gene Autry Heritage Museum National Advisory Board; Guggenheim Foundation Advisory Board; and Occidental College, the California Institute of Technology (retired), Hospital of the Good Samaritan and The UCLA Foundation Boards of Trustees. He is Chairman of The Music Center Foundation of Los Angeles, as well as past Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

Peter is involved in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, serving on the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of the Education Foundation.

He is a member of the Knights of Malta and the Knights of Saint Gregory, a Board member of Paulist Productions and National Chairman of the Maynooth Development Program for St. Patrick’s College in Maynooth, Ireland. Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
